Lip tattoos are generall on the inside of the bottom lip, but occassionally on the inside upper lip. These tattoos are pretty unique and unusual, and for the most part people who get inner lip tattoos, want to have one word, very small phrase, or a few numbers tattooed in a fairly hidden area. Many people categorize lip tattoos as “hardcore” tattoo, but personally, it’s just another tattoo.
